Pan fried bun is quite awesome. Juicy inside and crispy outside. (Could be even better if they could use non frozen meat, but of course hard to find in here)The lady at the counter is Abit unfriendly, but we are here for the food...

If you ever have the opportunity to come here just order the buns. $8 for 6. Legitimately better tha din tai fung xiao long bao as you can actually have soup inside the bun. Skip the noodle soup, that is just a plain rip off. Once again as mentioned by other viewers on this platform the cleanliness of this place could be improved. The vinegar sauce bottle that was placed on my table actually sticked and I had to yank it out. Heck an even better idea to just get it to go

The Shanghai shredded pork noodle with green onion sauce is smokey and delicious, with a nice caramelized green onion flavor. The beef curry soup is light and refreshing reminding me of our trip to Shanghai. The SJB was good, perhaps best I've had in US but still not as good as Yang's in Shanghai. I like that they fry them upside down but thought base was too thickly bunched which made it chewy instead of crispy. On the upside this kept the juice in and they were very juicy. I'd skip the Shanghai spring rolls next time.
